Fees

At Mind & Soul Psychology, the full session fee is payable at the time of your appointment. All sessions are 50 minutes in length.

We are a private billing service and do not offer bulk billing, in order to maintain a high-quality, personalised service.

Standard Private Fee

$230 per session
For clients not accessing Medicare rebates or external funding.

Medicare Rebate with Mental Health Treatment Plan

$230 per session
Rebate: $98.97 through the Medicare Better Access Initiative
To access this rebate, you’ll need a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, or a referral from your psychiatrist or paediatrician. Please allow enough time in your GP appointment to discuss your eligibility and obtain the appropriate referral.
Up to 10 sessions per calendar year are currently rebated under Medicare.

If your bank details are registered with Medicare, your rebate can be processed directly into your nominated account.

NDIS

$232.99 per session
Available for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Fees are aligned with the current NDIS price guide. No out-of-pocket expense is required for eligible clients.

Private Health

If you have private health insurance with extras cover, you may be eligible for a rebate on psychological services. Rebate amounts vary, so please check directly with your provider.
Please note: You cannot claim from both Medicare and private health for the same session.
