Individualised & Neurodivergent Focused Assessments
Every individual is unique. At Mind & Soul Psychology, assessments are not one-size-fits-all—they can be combined and tailored to suit the specific needs of each client, whether child, adolescent, or adult.
Our personalised approach allows us to explore multiple areas such as ADHD, ASD, learning differences, cognitive strengths, personality, trauma, and other neurodivergent traits. By understanding the full profile of each client, we provide clear, practical recommendations that support success at home, school, work, and in everyday life.

Our Assessment Process
At Mind & Soul Psychology, we aim to make the assessment process as clear and supportive as possible. While each assessment is tailored to the individual, the general process includes:
Intake & Initial Consultation – We begin with a detailed discussion to understand your concerns, history, and goals for the assessment. This helps us tailor the assessment to your needs.
Assessment Session(s) – Depending on the type of assessment, sessions may include interviews, questionnaires, observation, and standardised testing. Sessions are conducted in a supportive, comfortable environment.
Detailed Assessment Analysis – Following your assessment, the clinician conducts a comprehensive analysis of all results, integrating observations, testing, and history to produce a detailed, personalised report with practical recommendations.
Feedback Session – Once the assessment is complete, we provide a feedback session to discuss the results, insights, and recommendations. This is an opportunity to ask questions and explore next steps.
Diagnostic & Assessment Report – You will receive a comprehensive, clearly written report summarising the findings, interpretations, and practical recommendations for home, school, work, or other relevant settings.
